Yes. Every Alabama Custom Cabins model is ANSI 119.5 certified, which qualifies them for third-party park model loans and chattel financing. This is critical — non-certified tiny homes and standard RVs don't qualify. Many investors use this to acquire multiple units without tying up all their capital.

The base price includes the complete unit as configured — full appliances, Daikin mini-splits, residential PEX plumbing, metal roof, and hurricane straps.
