Up to 3 queen beds in 400 sq ft, loft options, and smart layout decisions that drive Airbnb search rankings and booking frequency across every platform.

Fully Finished Unit

Every model is delivered complete — appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical are all finished and tested. Utility connections, site prep, and placement are handled by the buyer.

100-Mile Free Delivery

We deliver your completed home anywhere within 100 miles of our Lynn, Alabama facility at no additional cost. Utility connections and site prep are buyer responsibility.
