Yes. Every Alabama Custom Cabins model is ANSI 119.5 certified, which qualifies them for third-party park model loans and chattel financing. This is critical — non-certified tiny homes and standard RVs don't qualify. Many investors use this to acquire multiple units without tying up all their capital.
