Yes. ANSI 119.5 certification makes these units eligible for third-party park model and chattel loans. We don't directly arrange financing — but your ANSI cert opens the door to lenders who specialize in this space.

What about zoning and placement?

ANSI park models are legally placed in designated campgrounds, RV parks, and many rural properties across the Southeast with the right permits. We'll walk you through what applies to your specific county.

Can I buy multiple units at once?

How long does the build process take?

Build time varies by model and current order volume. We'll give you an accurate timeline during your quote conversation. Most orders ship within several weeks of finalized specs.
