If the mileage exceeds the 100-mile threshold, your shipping cost will be calculated based on $11 a mile for the remaining distance.

We prioritize the quality of your home during shipping. That's why we only ship via semi and avoid dispatching on rainy or inclement weather days. We proudly offer nationwide shipping, but please be aware that certain states, cities, or counties may have specific regulations regarding the placement of Park Model or RV-classed homes. Additionally, areas with low-hanging power lines, bridges, or other obstacles may require adjustments to the overall height of the home.
