Our Process
Facility Tour
To kickstart the process, schedule a facility tour with one of our representatives. During a tour, our staff will guide you through the construction process from framing to a finished home.
Design
Next, your representative helps you choose the perfect floor plan that fits all your needs.
Customization
Once you settle on a floor plan, your representative will then help you in choosing customizations you would like to see in your home.
Deposit
Once you choose your floor plan and any customizations you would like, your representative will collect a 33% down payment to get your built started.
Setting the Roof
After three to four weeks, your representative will contact you with updated photos of the roof being set on your home. Your representative will then schedule a meeting to go over how far along your home is in our process. Another 33% payment will be made at this point.
Final Finish
After five to six more weeks, your representative will contact you with updated photos of the final finishes being made to your home. Your representative will then schedule a meeting to go over the final finish of the home and make sure the quality is up to your standard. The house will then begin getting ready for transport. The remaining balance of the home will be paid at this point.
