Delivery is free for areas 100 miles or less, $11 a mile if location exceeds that.
Setup is not available from Alabama Custom Cabins. Homes are factory-ready for utility hookup but must be placed on piers and anchored by the customer’s setup crew. An electrician, plumber, HVAC technician, and home setup professional must be on site. Homes may be placed on a foundation only if specifically requested by the customer. Foundation placement and crane services are not provided by Alabama Custom Cabins.
Customization is essentially limitless and solely based on your budget. Please include your desired options and/or upgrades in your inquiry, and we will evaluate their feasibility and any associated costs for each item.
